today was the day.. we had to make sure everything was ready and perfect before chris arrived at coleridge...i felt really nervous because i had alot of finishing touches to add to my work.. eventually i did finish this.. but when it came to the actual pitch i didn't have alot prepared so i resorted to showing my work in the steps i printed of.. i showed everyone my inspiration and how i got to my final product...all round i think the pitch went extremely well because Chris gave me some positive feed back as well as some constructive feed back..if i done this project again i would make sure that i was more organised and had everything ready in advance...

back at coleridge....
now that we were back a coleridge we had to edit our photos... the main one that we edited but did not use was of a milkshake with eminems in..we used the eminems because they where really colourfull and emphasized the whole affect.. we done this by using gimp we used the magic wand to highlight the background and crop it of.. then we made the colours brighter to make it seem more desirable and profesional.
the second time we met Chris
today we were at parkside. we started the lesson by just putting together what we had printed of so far with some rough paper so we had a rough draft of our final design ... we where given a sheet to plan out our photo shoot at the milkshake shop. when we arrived at Chris's shop i immediately went to him to show and discuss our idea that we had so far...he told us that the design we had so far was not ideal because it would cost alot to make..so there we where back at square one.... eventually we did think of something we could do to make an affective design and not let all our work so far go to waste.. but that was for next lesson... this lesson we continued taking pictures.. i think the picture i liked the most was the one of the milkshake glass and the raindrops.. we lied down the cup and put rainbow drops infront of it.. then we took a picture from a birds eye view... this made it seem like that the rainbow drops were exploading out of the cup..

making our leaflet =)
on thursday i started by opening the leaflet that i had poduced so far and printing it of, so i could keep a record of all the steps i done to get to my final product. i edited the background to give it that extra shakin' moo's touch and added the shakin' moo's logo. this took some time but eventually i was succesfull. when i printed it of and went to collect it from the other room i asked aaron to see if he likes it and while he was browsing through he realized that there was a coke bottle in the leaflet, so i quickly went back to our class and edited this coke bottle to make it look like a milkshake. i printed my work once again desperately hoping there would be no problem but unfortunately another coke bottle was found......this time a much large one. i unhappily hurried back to my class and again edited this out but this time it took longer....because the coke bottle was larger the milkshake had to be larger aswell because it would be noticeable, there was no room for mistakes or any amature slip ups. i finally edited this out and made my leaflet perfect.
